The repair process is an important part of that. As we play and grow, the odds of boundaries being crossed become higher. How we handle and show up for this is extremely important. Accountability is a must. Open-hearted listening and sharing are required, as well as kindness for where we can feel small in our growth process. There must be an ability to take reasonability and make amends for the trust in the community to stay intact.
